Rectangular, the oval seed-pearl bezel in the upper section of the translucent pale blue enamel plaque on engraved wavey ground, the foliate rim with a rosette at each corner, scroll strut, marked on rim and strut, in original fitted wood case, the interior cover stamped in Russian 'Fabergé' with the Imperial warrant 'St. Petersburg Moscow, Odessa'
