Vase form, the glass body on a pedestal foot with four claw and scroll feet, the two handles with swan-form terminals, the upper rim with holders for twelve silver spoons with foliate handles, the removable cover with laurel and foliate-clad ring handle, engraved on one side with monogram RB in shield, the other side with monogram EB in shield, marked on base, rim and spoons, all with later control mark
