Lot Essay

The arms are those of Portman, as borne by William Henry Berkeley, 2nd Viscount Portman (1829-1919). In 1855 he married Mary Selina Charlotte, daughter and heir of William Charles Wentworth FitzWilliam, styled Viscount Milton.
