A GROUP OF ENGLISH SILVER SMALL TABLE ITEMS
Including a Toast Rack on Stand with Lamp, marked by Asprey & Co., Birmingham, 1911, the oblong seven-bar toast rack with a tubular wood overhead handle, attached to a tall stand with brass insert, raised on four slender legs supporting a central spirit burner; four Salt Cellars, all London, 18th century, marks rubbed, globular raised on three pad feet, later chased with flowers and foliage, blue glass liners; a four-piece Condiment Set, marked Walker & Hall, Sheffield 1911 and 1912, comprising a pair of small mustard pots and matching salt cellars, oblong with shaped borders, blue glass liners; and a small oblong tray, marked Birmingham, 1905, oblong with shaped scroll borders, the center lightly engraved with foliage and raised on ball feet; together with two salt spoons marked only Silver. The tray, 8in.(20cm.) long, the toast rack, 5½in.(14cm.) long; weighable silver, 28oz. (the brass insert in the toast rack and the salt spoons not weighed). (12)
