A GROUP OF CONTINENTAL SILVER
German, late 19th century
Comprising: a cup on circular domed foot, the stem of a standing Roman figure, the bowl inverted pear form, chased with flowers and foliage; a shaped circular bowl on domed foot with openwork scrolling arches with beaded rim; a two-handle ecuelle chased with floral swags; an oval covered box chased with a scene of cherubs and a goat; a vase formed as a realistically modeled fish with open mouth forming the opening; a bell of inverted pear form chased with foliage with a stone stone.
The cup 12in. (30.5cm.) high; total weighable silver 53oz. (6)
