With later additions, the upper part with a moulded cavetto cornice fitted with adjustable shelves and enclosed by a pair of glazed doors with later cushion astragals, the lower part with a sloping fall enclosing a fitted interior with pigeon holes, drawers and open compartment with later tooled leather writing surface, containing a long- two and two long drawers below, applied with pierced brass handles and foliate key plates, on bracket feet shortened with cushion mouldings, with brass handles to the sides
