A French gilt metal mounted marquetry demi-lune commode, late 19th/early 20th century
the top inlaid with heraldic coat of arms amidst foliate garlands above three frieze drawers and a further two central drawers, the front of each depicting a rural scene with fox and goat in well, flanked at either side by cupboards with vase and floral bouquet panels on tapering cabriole legs joined by shaped aprons, some losses to mounts -- 31½in. (80cm.) wide, 33¾in. (85.5cm.) high, 16½in. (42cm.) deep
