The pale golden field with an overall design of palmettes issuing angular leafy vine forming a lattice containing floral sprays, palmettes and flowering and leafy vine, in a shaded rust-red border of palmettes alternating with flowerheads together with scrolling arabesques and flowering vine meander between ivory palmette and floral meander and S-motif stripes, plain outer golden stripe, localised areas of wear, minute repiling at one end
