The shaded rust-red field with an overall herati design around a large central shaded medallion with pole-pendants containing palmettes and leafy vine together with a dated inscription around a rust-red medallion with pendants enclosing a rosette centrepiece, in an ivory diamond and boteh linked vine border between reciprocal skittle-pattern, stylised floral meander and angular turtle-palmette and rosette vine meander stripes, localised areas of wear and small holes
