The central body on four scroll feet supporting a base covered with flowers and foliage, with a female figure stepping from the center with a putti beaconing beyond her shoulder, the foliage forming two supports for oval shell form dishes chased with leaves, with a central shaft supporting a green etched glass bowl, and a shaft of reeds and cat tails with a slender green glass vase.
