The convex plate within a reeded ebonized surround inset into a circular molded frame applied with spherules surmounted by an associated eagle atop a pedestal suspending a pair of spherules from a chain, flanked by downscrolling foliage, over a pierced waved foliate apron, with a paper label to reverse inscribed J.H. Flanegan/Carver & Gilder/.../Manufacturer/.../Hereford, restorations, losses, areas of regilding
