Of shield shape, the gilt oeil de perdrix ground shoulder mounted with ribbon-tied wreath handles above a band of pale-blue rectangular panels, decorated in white slip with putti masquerading as militia, the sides with arabesques, the reverse with an autumnal trophy, all within a teal and gilt surround, edged with trellis, fret and grapevine, on knop and socle foot
