The shaped top with pierced three-quarter gallery, above an upper section with glazed door and concave sides, the interior with a pair of glass shelves, the lower section with frieze drawer and door decorated with a Vernis Martin panel depicting a pastoral scene, flanked by turned and fluted columns and with lozenge parquetry side panels, on tapering legs and foliate-capped feet, the vitrine lock stamped MILLET A PARIS
