The spreading rectangular top with pierced gallery and acanthus clasps to the corners, above a scrolling acanthus and laurel-wreath frieze, above two sets of five marbled paper-lined folio drawers, each with drop-down gilt-tooled leathered front, above a further acanthus frieze and a pair of panelled cupboard doors divided by fluted pilasters, on tapering frond-wrapped feet, inscribed F. Linke to the front right side of the gallery
