A French silver-plated and cut glass centre-piece

Modelled as two scantily-clad maidens holding up a floral garlanded fluted urn, supporting a later circular cut shallow bowl with scalloped edge, on spreading fretwork base centred to front and back by an oval cartouche garlanded with fruit-filled cornucopiae, on scrolled acanthus and toupie feet, stamped CHRISTOFLE to one foot and numbered 218511 to the underside of another, on a later velvet-covered circular wooden plinth
Overall: 24½in. (62.2cm.) high; 14¼in. (36.2cm.) diameter of bowl
