Types: 7:83G (text), 9:165G (headings). 2- to 10-line initial spaces. (A few small stains, faint dampstain, small wormholes at beginning and end.) Modern binding using leaves from a 15/16th-century antiphonal manuscript on vellum, bottom fore-edges lettered, vellum quire guards from a ?14th-century manuscript.

Fourth edition of an extensive repertory of the questions treated in the foundation texts of canon law of Nicolaus Panormitanus de Tudeschis. The author, Diaz de Montalvo, was the foremost Spanish jurist under Ferdinand and Isabella.
