A bronze and a ge-type censer
17th and 18th Century
The bronze censer with compressed globular sides and wide neck, cast with a pair of stylised lion-head mask handles, partly erased seal mark, 9.7 cm. wide; and a ge-type censer of cylindrical shape, moulded with three short feet, covered to both sides in a thick crackled pale grey-beige glaze leaving an unglazed ring to the base and dark brown-edged rim, hairline crack (2)
