Further details
The brothers Leopold and John George Stickley opened a furniture factory in Fayetteville near Syracuse, New York in 1902. Leopold was previously employed as a foreman in their elder brother, Gustav Stickley's factory in nearby Eastwood. Both factories produced similar furniture with a simplcity of design know as "mission" furniture.
