Small 8o (135 x 92 mm). Gothic types, 31 lines and headline. Title within historiated woodcut border with Petit's mark (McKerrow and Ferguson 43), white-on-black woodcut initials. (Some marginal staining, head of title-page shaved.) 19th-century diced russia, decorated in gilt and in blind, edges gilt, grey endpapers (rebacked, inner hinges reinforced). Provenance: William ? (faint inscription on title-page). STC 9276.
