Aldine 8o (159 x 100 mm). Italic type. Woodcut dolphin and anchor device (Fletcher 6 and 3) on title and two colophons, 5 full-page woodcut illustrations and two double-page woodcut maps, initial spaces with guide letters. (Some dampstaining at beginning and end, dark marginal stain to corners of q8-r2.) Later vellum. Provenance: Richard Heber, sale, Evans part VII, 28. May 1835 lot 996 (group lot); "From Mr. Hebers Library - June 1835, given to William Lowther(?) by his grandfather Lonsdale" (ownership inscription on front free endpaper).
