On natural history, Persian manuscript on cream paper, 153ff. with 17ll. of fine black nasta'liq, titles in red, final folio with colophon signed Mirza Muhammad Mavali and dated 954, spaces left for miniatures, some added in a later hand, opening and closing flyleaves with library inscriptions and seal impressions, light water staining, and old repairs, later binding covered with purple and gold brocade

It is an encyclopaedia, mainly of superstitions concerning man, animals, the properties of metals, the elements, interpretation of dreams etc.There are copies in the Bodleian Library, Chester Beatty and elsewhere, (Storey, C.A.: Persian literature, Leioden 1977, pp. 348-9)
