A ROMANO-EGYPTIAN BRONZE STATUETTE OF A MALE WORSHIPPER

Probably of a priest of Isis, wearing a bordered tunic and mantle fastened with a clasp at the right shoulder, the edge of the mantle falling in zigzag folds and one end wound around his outstretched right forearm (both hands now missing), wearing double armlet on each upper arm, the back of the strong legs showing through his drapery, the head finely modelled, the wide open eyes with arched striated eyebrows, the short stippled hair with heavy fringe, mounted
