The standing falcon wearing a double crown, with finely chased detail, the front of the rectangular cavetto-corniced shrine inscribed with hieroglyphs mentioning Horus of Pe and Wadjyt and the donor's name Hor-hy, son of Horsiese, born of the lady Est[em]khebi, the hollow shrine filled with linen covered 'food for the falcon', small hole in one side
