The striding figure wearing sun-disc and uraeus between her pointed upright ears, with gilded eyes, right hand by her side, her outstretched left hand holding a scroll(?), the hieroglyphic inscription of the dedicant in front of the feet reading: "May the great Sekhmet beloved of Ptah give life to Pa...t son of Pa-nb-thek", base and left arm repaired at elbow, mounted
