Side A: a seated woman wearing a chiton and a himation, holding up a laden phiale, side B: a running satyr holding a thyrsos and a casket, vertical striped frieze below, tongues on the shoulder with a boss at either side of each handle, large palmettes and scrolling flower tendrils under each twin vertical handle; and a Campanian red-figure bail amphora, the body decorated with two palmettes each flanked by elaborate scrolling half palmettes, wave pattern frieze below, stripes on the neck, an arching twisted handle above pierced for suspension, details added in yellow and white, circa 340 B.C., both with presentation cases
