Side A: a winged female head emerging from a flower within a naiskos, a youth standing to the left, naked save for an himation draped over his arms and holding a mirror, on the right a draped woman holding two wreaths, a cross-bar torch in front of her, the neck with a bird surrounded by flowers and tendrils
Side B: two facing standing youths, closely wrapped in himations, three dotted quartered circles above, the neck with palmette and frieze of ivy leaf and berry tendril
Large palmettes under each handle, four female heads in relief on the medallions, four swan heads on the shoulder, details in added white and yellow, some glaze flaked, repaired
