A PAIR OF PARTHIAN GOLD EARRINGS

Each with a hinged hoop, a suspension loop below hung with a large openwork spherical pendant with three rows of cut-out semicircles with granulated borders, the middle of the sphere with horizontal twisted rope pattern frieze, hung with three hollow pomegranate pendants and three bell-shaped pendants, the whole surmounted by a biconical finial with three granulated S-shaped scrolling amphora 'handles' and a granulated waist, the base with suspension loop surrounded by circle of granulation below
