The tablet with 13 lines of text in Late Babylonian cuneiform and 2 lines of Aramaic alphabetic script on the upper edge, the cuneiform text comprising a legal document, concerning a debt involving barley, with named scribe and witnesses, the date is recorded as "Month: Shabat, 6th day, beginning of the reign of Cambyses, king of the lands... " (18 February 529 B.C. in the Gregorian calendar)
