signed on the winding lever Ducommun Girod, the front inlaid with musical trophies and oak leaves, the lid with a mounted hunstman and coloured enamel spandrels and a later brass plaque engraved Overture inside -- 17¾in. (45cm.) wide, the cylinder 9 1/8 x 2 5/8in (23.5 x 6.5cm.) diam. (4 teeth replaced)
