embamatic of Winter from a set of the Seasons, modelled as a seated gentleman wearing a black hat, a puce and gilt jacket and a green cape, a pipe in his right hand, on a scroll-moulded base applied with flowers, circa 1765 (damages and restoration) -- 14.5cm. high; and a figure emblamatic of Autumn, modelled as a seated gentleman wearing a blue hat, a pale-pink jacket with flower-sprigged waistcoat and breeches, modelled seated with his feet crossed at the ankles, on a scroll-moulded base applied with fruiting vine and flowers, gold anchor mark, circa 1765 (lacking both hands and a section to the reverse of his hat, other minor damages) -- 15.5cm. high
