By Fidelis Schey, inlaid with panels with chequer inlay borders and purplewood surrounds surmounted by a moulded grey marble top containing a feather-banded frieze drawer and fall veneered a quatre faces enclosing a fitted interior (locked), the cupboard below fitted with a shelf enclosed by a pair of panel doors between simulated fluted inlaid canted angles with acanthus leaf mounts above, on bracket feet, the sides with similar inlaid panels, the top left back corner stamped Sche JME
