gouache heightened with gold on paper, the four-armed goddess stands on the burning body of a named man in a river, vultures and jackals knaw at bones around her, a devotee stands praying beside them, oval, the spandrels painted with floral sprays, black and white margins with orange outer rule, mounted, framed and glazed - 13 x 21.2cm.
