gouache heightened with gold and silver on card, the bejewelled noble, wearing white robes and a turban, rides his prancing dappled stallion across the plain, elephants with their mahouts before farm settlements in the background, devenagari script to the top and bottom -- 61 x 51cms, (staining, flaking, tears to the corners).
