Maker's mark possibly of Abraham Bernardus van Grasstek, Amsterdam, 1855; also struck with indistinct retailer's mark and Dutch counterfeited marks on reverse
The oval-shaped basket on four scroll feet, the body pierced into scrolls, foliage and flowers, with scroll and foliage upper and lower rim and two conformingly shaped branch and foliate handles
