Maker's mark of Peter Andreas Möller, St. Petersburg, 1830 and 1795-1826; one jug struck with assayer's mark of Michail Michajlowitsch Karpinskij (1825-1838); other jug struck with assayer's mark of Alexander Ilitsch Jaschinow
Each mug with a detachable applied lower band with ancient Greek scenes, the upper part of the body with three applied rectangular plaquettes with ancient Greek scenes, everted rim, the shaped scroll handle with a soldier's head finial, inside gilding (worn)
