Lot Essay

Patek Philippe produced the Officier model to celebrate the company's 150th Anniversary in April 1989 in a limited edition of 2000 pieces in yellow gold and 150 pieces in white gold. Only 50 pieces in platinum were made.

The actual owner purchased the present watch from Patek Philippe Geneva on 16 January 1990.
