With gilt-finished jewelled cylinder movement, plain three arm brass balance, gold cuvette, the white enamel dial with Roman numerals, blued steel moon-style hands, in engine-turned case (No. 4940) with ribbed band, diamond-set floral decoration on translucent blue guilloché enamel to both sides, together with Patek Philippe Extrait des Registres, cuvette signed, case numbered
