Two gilt-metal mounted tapering flattened rectangular cases of oval section, with hinged covers, one enamelled in pink and with raised white latticework and dots, both sides painted with scènes champêtres and flowers in scrolling gilt-bordered cartouches, all implements missing, the other enamelled in royal blue and with similar cartouches within gilt scroll borders, implements incomplete
