A Victorian jewelled and pearl-set pendant vinaigrette
circa 1840, unmarked
Formed as a basket filled with leaves, a thistle, shamrock and rose, the reverse with pin and clasp and small oval glass-enclosed plaque, with suspension loop and curb chain suspending a purse-shaped vinaigrette, with envelope opening, set with gems the initials of which spell 'REGARD', with applied foliate and floral motifs, and scrolling foliate grille
