English, circa 1790, unmarked
Circular, the bloodstone body with rose gold mounts, the detachable cover applied with a white glass paste portrait profile of George III, in the manner of Tassie, the detachable grille engraved with a spray of flowers and pierced with ferns
1 in. (25 mm.) diam.
