Formed as a tulip with four petals, each separate petal guilloché scarlet enamel with gold veins and highlighted with green enamel, with textured gold calyx and green-enamelled leaves, two with suspension loops, the stem with a fluted knop turning mechanism to open the leaves, the grille bright-cut with a flower surrounded by foliage, marked on stem 'Patent' and G
