A well engineered model single cylinder horizontal mill engine
with brass-bound mahogany-lagged cylinder 1in. bore x 3in. stroke, draincocks, cylinder and valve chest displacement lubricators, side mounted valve chest with 'cut off' valve gear, studded stuffing boxes, barrelled connecting rod, spoked flywheel, rope driven governor, linkage and valve. Finished in black and plated and polished brightwork and mounted on a metal floor supported on six parallel columns, wood display base -- 10¼in x 14½in. (26 x 37cm.)
