A collection of W.W.II Prisoner of War mail, 80 items, including items from German camps with fancy cachets, unusual locations with Italian P.O.W. in South Africa, British P.O.W's in German Camp in Ukraine, etc., 1943 printed envelope from Charles Lockett held at Colditz, 1943 printed "Konzentrationslager Auschwith" envelope from a Polish prisoner, etc., scarcer instructional marks with "IT IS REGRETTED THAT THIS ITEM COULD NOT BE DELIVERED BECAUSE THE ADDRESSEE IS REPORTED DECEASED" and similar type but "... REPORTED MISSING", also an interesting group of mail pertaining to the ill-fated 18th Division captured upon the fall of Singapore mostly to/from a Miss Joan Wright and a Private F.J. Thurgood (who worked and died on the "Death Railway" in Thailand), etc., many interesting ephemeral items included with "Stalag III" prisoner's metal identification tag, photographs, articles, etc. A most interesting lot. Also some modern Gulf War privately produced propaganda envelopes, other unrelated items with bundle of K.G.VI Morocco Agencies covers, etc.
