315 SQA, with skeletonised nickel finished lever movement, 35 jewels, Gyromax balance, free sprung regulator, 21K gold micro-rotor, the salmon pink dial with applied luminous Roman numerals, luminous hands, sweep centre seconds, three subsidiary dials indicating the day, month and 24 hour indicator, window for the date, the circular water-resistant-type case with stepped bezel, glazed screw back, together with an 18K white gold Patek Philippe buckle, adjustment tool, Patek Philippe wooden presentation box and outer packaging, case, dial amd movement signed

The model 5035 is equipped with a special self-winding annual calendar mechanism, a unique invention by Patek Philippe for which the company was granted a Swiss patent on 1 March 1996. This system shows the day, date and month and adjusts the calendar for months with 30 and 31 days. It only has to be re-set once a year at the end of February.
