Set with a detachable jadeite plaque of bright apple green colour and glass-like translucency, well carved on one side with a horse and rider beneath craggy cliffs and gnarled pines, the reverse with a pagoda, enhanced by diamond-set quatrefoil surmount and pendant hoop with collet diamond accents, suspended from a platinum fancy-link chain, circa 1920, 43.5 cm., in a sterling silver box
