Of rectangular outline, the near flawless stone of an even white colour and with a fine polish, carved in shallow relief to the front with a flowering prunus branch, the reverse with an inscription, all under entwined gnarled prunus in openwork, to a knotted silk cord enhanced by a coral bead finely carved with overlapping flowerheads (minute nicks), 18th/19th century
