A pair of Sevres-patterned ormolu-mounted vases and covers
Circa 1880, pseudo marked with interlaced L's including BB above S
Gilt and painted in colours, the bleu céleste ground with gallant couples in 18th century attire, the reverse with a flowerbouquet, signed G. Poitevin, the domed covers en suite, mounted to the base, the handles as satyr heads, to the neck and the finial (one cover restored)
