Bohemian or Austrian, the fluted waisted bowl painted with panels of figures emblematic of Faith, Hope and Charity, within gilt oval panels between raised and chased gilt scrolling leaves, the cut knopped stem with similar ornament, on a lobed cut foot, circa 1890 (some tiny chips and flakes) -- 22.8cm. high
