A FINE LAKOTA SIOUX WOMAN'S DRESS
Of tanned skin, the front and back with broad band of beadwork to the yoke with four large crosses in dark blue on a ground of pale blue, bordered by white and red bands with geometric motifs in various colours and incorporating some geodesic beads, fringed borders and attached skin tassels, a narrow beaded band above the fringed lower edge
