The molded D-shaped top above a panelled door, carved with figures and fantastical beasts amidst scrolling vines, flanked by similarly-carved panels and terms over a similarly-carved drawer flanked by further panels and terms above a pierced waved foliate scroll-carved apron over foliate-carved baluster-turned supports before a panelled back carved with fantastical scenes, over a conforming stepped base, on block feet, bearing a printed paper label to the reverse Envoi de Vander Voort Cie/Meubles D'Art/171, Rue du Progrés, Bruxelles, also stamped Made in Belgium and with an inscribed chald number 13443
